This place has taken a downturn since new management was installed (ownership transferred around end of 2019 I think). 1. Can smell weed on a regular basis. Personally don't mind, but mentioning that if that's an issue for you. 2. Elevators have been broken for 9 months now (we have 3). They "fix" them once in a while (probably a patch-up) and then cease to function the next day. 3. Impossible to get ahold of management. And they are pretty apathetic to any maintance issues. 4.
