Just a question do your 1 bedroom apartments alcove have doors to the bedroom?
The building is trashed, carpets are disgustingly stained and smeared with animal urine and feces and are cleaned MAYBE once a year. The AC DOES NOT work in the hallways, so don’t let anyone tell you “it does.” So your AC bill is automatically higher because it has to accommodate for the lack of, in the hallways. Our building, parking garage, drains and hallways constantly smell of sewage. They blame it on the grease traps from the local restaurants but it is HORRENDOUS. My family and I have lived three years here at the Ascent apartments. The staff at Ascent apartments has been professional, compassionate and supportive. Going above and beyond when it comes to Customer service! I would highly recommend this place to anyone. The current staff is exemplary!
We have been in our unit at Ascent for a little more than four months and have enjoyed the complex a ton. Anytime we have had a question or concern, Xavier has been extremely helpful, it means a lot as a resident to know we have someone so responsive, friendly, and capable. Our leasing specialist, Deaydrah, was also extraordinarily helpful as my wife and I were touring the space and moving in. Sherman locks you into renewing by requiring 60 days NTV. So I am stuck in this filthy crack den until my lease is up unless you want to pay the asinine month to month rent to live amongst literal troglodytes.
