My letter saying said they are not seeking to hold any person, or family, personally responsible for any financial matters. Ok...then why sending out the letter???!!!
Everyone keeps sayng they're a scam and they're not. They are a legitimate company who collects debt for companies such as synchrony and other credit card companies etc. through estates for people who have passed away.
I do not know who these people are? They are trying to send me letters for my late husband's first wife. Our postal carrier does not leave mail for anyone that doesn't live here. The USPS has a notification via email. That is how I was aware of the letter. I'm not related to this person and have no responsibility for their debts.
