They called me again yesterday Monday October 13, 2025. I called Big Lots, they told me that they never heard of Ascension Point Recovery Services, and that they don't associate with them. I asked them about my husband's Arthur Cotton Big Lots Bill, they told me that it was taken care of and for me not to worry about it. Big Lots go through COMENITY NET/BIGLOTS and nobody else. So Big Lots was scammed, and I was scammed by Ascension Point Recovery Services.
A debt collector sends me a letter about an estate stating they are not seeking to hold person taking care of or family responsible for financial matters, lol
This company called me a couple times but the voicemails were always empty. I picked up this time and they were calling me about my grandfather that passed a few years ago. I'm not sure exactly what the reason was for, but after viewing other reviews it seems to be something debt related. I have absolutely no authority on anything related to my grandfather so I sent them my father's number, who then told me this was all probably a scam after I ended the call and informed him of all this.
