By law, when your loved one has passed away; other members in the family is not responsible of the deceased love one’s debt. It’s supposed to be written off by receiving a death certificate which I will send them. I got a letter regarding my deceased husband’s financial matters. I’m sorry but I will not pay a dime. They also called his daughter to get me to call. I did try but nothing! Anyway, I think this company looks out for families who have deceased members. Really?!!!! That’s pretty dam low!!!!
Family is not responsible for any sole debt of a deceased family member. DO NOT GIVE ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION OUT ABOUT THE DECEASED OR PAY THE DEBIT!
