I'm updating my previous post, as Keval (Ascension pharmacist) saved the day. After previously getting very unconcerned, nonchalant responses, I finally got connected with Keval. He was the first person to apologize profusely and acknowledge the seriousness of the error. He took the responsibility to correct my prescriptions, did not charge me for them again, and even offered to have them couriered to my house. I hate to have to provide this review, but I am literally stunned by the level of incompetence regarding this issue at Ascension. After writing endless positive reviews about my personal physician, who is incredible, I cannot believe how badly my prescriptions have been messed up. One of the assistants at my physicians office suggested I use the in-house pharmacy for Ascension, even though it's located in a different city from the actual doctor's office. They charged me after more than 6 months of my annual appointment which was supposed to be paid from the insurance company, I asked for more details and never get it so I asked them to remove it and they said we will take care of it and they never did!! Plus if you need something you have to spend the day on the phone to get to them to answer you and it’s very hard getting appointments.
