Brought my 91 year old mother to the ER. She was quickly treated and admitted for a 5 day stay. The staff at all levels were kind and caring as well as very skilled. Can not say enough good things about this facility.

Great care and service. Got my mother-in-law in immediately for quick evaluation and immediate treatment. Very thorough. I didn’t think a healthcare system could work this smoothly and effectively.

Wow. Unreal. Speechless. Maybe bamboozled is the best word to describe my first experience at Ascension Hospital of Waukesha, specifically Urgent Care. The early evening of Mothers Day, after a long day of working a non-business day at work, I was exhausted and was laying down for a nap to be awoken by an emergency phone call. My 16 year old daughter cut herself at her food service job with a bread knife, it’s pretty serious. ER staff from reception to nurses to doctor were very kind and communicative. Almost no wait to be seen, treatment started within 10 minutes, and many tests done to find the cause of the issue. Very nice ER environment!
