I entered the facility and was warmly welcomed by Miss Tan, who quickly and efficiently registered me. After waiting in the lobby for less than 2 minutes, I was greeted by Jenna, a kind radiology technician who seemed to go above and beyond her role. Ms. Ronda was the nurse on duty that night, and she was incredibly efficient, helping another patient before promptly attending to me.
