Two days in a row beginning for reviews. Doctor needs a new lab coat that's not wrinkled and looks like it can out of the dirty laundry bin he couldn't remove a ear bud tip from my ear in so he transferred me to Froedtert where in less than 30 seconds it was removed by a PA . He stated I have no idea why he couldn't remove the ear bud. Not happy not to mention the doctor said this is a mico hospital whatever the hell that means. The doctor was very caring and considerate, the staff worked well and I never had ti wait for anything. The treated me with dignity and respect.
