Seems like management needs to be reported . Because to keep saying fill out this form we take these thing serious and the same thing is consistently happening that says where the problem is coming from. I would go over managements head and have this looked into through HR corporate or someone else. I mean someone else there have to see these reviews other than us! Like this is scary!

I had my 82 year old mother in for a possible UTI. The entire staff from the rad tech, to the nurse to the doctor was exceptional. They were very thorough and informed us every step of the way.

I came for help to get my pain under control after being hit by a car on Friday & I got really bad care to the point where I will never come back here ever again. Everyone talked to me like I was a child & basically got treated like I was nothing & got talked to the same. I told them how I was feeling especially when it pertained to my safety at home & they acted like they didn’t care. They never made any efforts to help me feel better or safer about going home in anyway. I got no advice on what I can do differently to help ... read more

Never in my life have I felt more disrespected and not listened to. I came to this emergency room with severe chest pain, told them it was a reoccurring issue and that I have not felt listened to by other doctors. Not only did they not do any blood work, they said I have an inflamed sternum without doing any testing for that. Then ignored the fact I had high blood pressure, and right bundle branch block.
