They seem disorganized due to changes. Was told I would receive a confirmation message for my appointment and none came so I missed my appointment.
While the front desk staff were excellent—courteous and professional—the actual treatment experience was highly disappointing. I was assured by the physical therapist that he would personally manage my care and incorporate massage therapy to help with my ongoing pain. Instead, I was handed off to a student with minimal supervision, and my condition worsened after the sessions. First time seeing Dr. Chiang. He is very thorough in explaining the issue at hand. He shared x-rays, etc. He drew pictures to better understand the issue. I was very impressed.
