My experience with my rheumatologist doctor and staff was excellent. Check in was friendly and quick. My doctor was great. Lab work was an awful experience. I waited almost an hour. I'd at least like to know beforehand if the wait will be an hour. The waiting room was not full. The kiosk was simple, but did not register my check-in. The lab technian was unable to draw blood from a very visible vain in my arm that other lab technicians draw from every 3 months with no problem. It was a painful effort with no success. Staff is professional, caring and efficient. Dr Mohamad cares and actually spends time with me, discussing my care. Highly recommend!
Dr. Mohamed seems to be very caring and took her time with me during my initial consultation. She was very thorough and I felt she really listened to me while I was discussing my symptoms.
