Dr. Matsuda, her nurse, and the staff welcomed with me clean facilities, accurate records, a listening ear, and attention to detail. I appreciate not having to wait and the doctor gave me full attention answering all my questions and making treatment recommendations.
Checking in process in lab was b.s. I'm 75 but worked my way through it personally. 2 other patients needed help had to wait on staff to notice their problem. I waited 35 minutes and 3 other pt. Checking in after me were seen before me B.S.
Having hard time getting my Prolia shot scheduled, but really like Dr Batool.
It was a good experience, as usual.
