I walked in, and checked in, then sat down. I no more pulled out my phone to play while I was waiting and they already called me in. The imaging went smooth and fast and the staff was friendly, prompt and professional. They told me to expect a call within 4 days and if I did not get one then to call them. I’d leave negative stars if I could. My MRI was after 5pm and I got there early. The doors to the imaging dept were locked so I knocked on the door. Two people were inside cleaning, they looked at the door and saw me in the window but ignored me. I went all through the hospital next-door, called them and left a voice mail, knocked on the door again then left. I must say the staff was very nice when I went in and had a heart test done. Which, was on July 11,2023. It is now august 3,2023. My family dr. the one that orded the test has not received the results yet.the dr.and the nurse have both called trying to get the results. Not happy at all with this situation.

I been having all my imaging done here at St Teresa they are great! Friendly and caring. Yeah the wait can be long at times but over all great experience. Thank you all for what you do!! Cindy
