My experience in the ER was a 5 star! I felt very taken care of and kept informed. I was given a tetanus shot and had an order for antibiotics at Walmart before I left the ER. So I took them and I took my last one on Tuesday before last . It looked so much better than it had , so I knew your ER personnel knew what I needed. They were kind and prompt. The nurses were professional and knowledgeable. The doctor had a business demeanor, but loving and kind. He was non judgemental and give me prudent information to my condition. They all made me feel confident in being taken care of. I felt in really good hands. Thank you team for everything.

I had a terrible visit!!! The emergency tech were all very kind considerate. The PA was kind , knowledgeable.The RN who was my nurse ( she never stated her name . I felt she was rude, entitled and did not follow up with my treatment. Example. I was given IV versed for a C T scan. The Pulse ox cont to read low reading she never returned to see if I felt better, or breathing!! Im 70 years old and was there for nausea and vomiting and it took the RN 45 -hour to give me nausea /vomiting meds. She did have time to go the break ro... read more
