As always, doctors were kind, they told me what was wrong with me.And asked questions
I received good quick care despite the shortage of staff and the heavy amount of patients. I did not like that this ER was poorly laid out and apparently designed to only have a few rooms and skeleton crew staffing. For the extremely expensive care cost of american Healthcare this experience was utterly shameful on the system. I was treated in the waiting room the whole entire time unable to get the rest and reprieve my condition demanded. Every person i nad contact with were very professional and courteous. KAYLEE the showed great companion in my time of need . Need more like her .
Nno stars, worst ER experience ever!! Was only seen by the Dr for maybe 45 seconds during the whole visit. I was told it was flank pain and I was sent home. I was there for chest pain and upper belly pain.
