I was pleasantly greeted and immediately taken to a room to begin heart testing. I received very thorough testing to determine my health issue.
It was an odd experience. I had just been to the Branson Cox Health emergency room and had emergent appendectomy. (Great experience other than being very ill!) Came to St Theresa to the ED because of intense pain on postop day 4. Only vital sign taken initially was temp. No BP until after pain meds and CT. No pulse or O2 sat though those were documented in the chart. No one laid a stethoscope on me. No one touched my abdomen. I was in an odd room with a small anteroom.
