I came in Friday around 03:30, with a wound I had had about a week. Up until the prior day, had zero issues with it, just doing my own wound care. But the pain I experienced that brought me in was worse than anything. It was truly a 10/10. The 12 or so hours leading up to my visit, I had taken 1000mg of Tylenol and 400mg of ibuprofen 4 times but they wouldn’t do much and they wouldn’t help for long. Went to ER with BP of 199/121. Sent home with BP og 197/111. . They didn't do much.
I was able to get right in, and had examination by the Doctor and nurse quickly and professionally. Testing was also done very quickly. The results of diagnostic testing was also relayed and explained quickly. They were able to rule out any serious head/eye injury and gave me instructions on who to follow up with. The nurses and doctors were helpful and If your the type that doesnt like crowds, I recommend coming around 4-5 in the mornings. Theyre not as busy!
