Great doctor he knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it quickly..
The NP and all the nurses were very nice, helpful and professional as was the person who gave me the EKG.
Went in for sharp pains in my back, radiating down to my arm & hands. Waited about 10 minutes in waiting room, the was taken back to a ER treatment room the doctor & nurse were waiting. They quickly interviewed & ordered a CT scan & meds. They were very efficiency and tended to my needs. It was a pleasant experience. Quality, professional, prompt care.
No wait time. Everyone was so friendly and courteous. Although after many tests they couldn’t figure out what was wrong with me. I did several follow-ups with my regular Dr.s. After a week I was better.The place is extremely clean. I try to stay out of ER’s but St. Teresa is my go too. Thanks so much for the great care.
I was lucky it was not a busy night. I was in a bed in just a few minutes and the staff was very professional and thoughtful. They addressed all my needs and concerns quickly and they could not have been more helpful. Would definitely recommend for any emergency.
