It's not my experience but my mother's. I have never seen so much miscommunication between supervisors and their employees. Nobody knows what they're doing. The billing department is a joke as they take forever to get ahold of and sent the wrong receipts when my mother specifically asked for them. They disregarded the doctor's orders for an ultrasound when my mother went in for both a mammogram and an ultrasound. Was my first mri and everything went great. Super quick and efficient, plus the nurses were super friendly!
Their billing department is a joke. I paid in clinic, and need a receipt copy for my insurance/FSA. They not only have been unable to provide me a receipt, but they can't even find my account. Reps are rude and unhelpful, and just pass me off to someone else over and over again. If you can go anywhere else, you should. This company may have good doctors, but their customer service and billing departments are completely incompetent.
It’s too cold in this building. A lot of elderly are having to wait for help at the front desk as coverage is limited during break time and the one desk with all the ladies is too loud to comfortable sit and watch the only tv with a movie on it. Just sharing as I’m a caregiver and had to bring someone for two MRIS here.
