It’s too cold in this building. A lot of elderly are having to wait for help at the front desk as coverage is limited during break time and the one desk with all the ladies is too loud to comfortable sit and watch the only tv with a movie on it. Just sharing as I’m a caregiver and had to bring someone for two MRIS here.
After waiting more than a week, my results finally came in on Tuesday and despite calls on Tuesday and even being at the location for a follow up on Wednesday, Dr Deatherage has YET to contact me with results. It's Thursday now. Integrity as a value (and trust) is posted on their website and on beautiful wall art at their office, but when it is simply a performance and not authentic, it MEANS NOTHING. So, arrival time of 12:45 for paperwork, MRI time of 1:15… an hour later - STILL not called back. They have NO regard for your time! YOU show up 15 minutes late and your appointment will be cancelled! POOR, POOR CUSTOMER SERViCE!!!! Go somewhere else!
