Very polite staff. And waiting time is very great.
Went for imaging on February 25th at which time I paid the almost $400 Ascension Imaging said I would owe. I had no idea that they had never run my insurance, which I have since found out covered this 100%. It is April 13th and I am still being told by Ascension that I should allow until April 26th to receive my money (just more than two months). The services were great but this was a big chunk of money to be without for two months, unnecessarily.
I was treated with respect. The techs explained the processes to me before things started. The time they estimated was accurate. I will definitely return.
