I appreciate my cardiologist, Dr. Liu, and his staff. However, the assistants need to speak louder when calling for patients, because it is difficult to hear the assistants when as a patient you are in the waiting area on the other side of a petition on the other end of the room. I have less appreciation for the check-in staff. They were not attentive nor monitoring the approach of patients. Was just getting blood draw. Place was packed. Had to wait a bit as they were short handed. Staff was pleasant.
