Very good care
Dr. Satish and her team are wonderful. When I have questions about something and call their office, they respond immediately. Dr. Satish always takes her time to listen to my questions and explains all to me. I highly recommend this location.
My doctor was good at listening to my health concerns and reassuring me that he will help me get down to the bottom of what is causing me to go through my issues and help me resolve the problem, he gave me some confidence.
The day I left the AM charge nurse on 5th floor .was very rude and obnoxious. Her exact words were get up get dressed and get packed. You have been discharged. I'm like wait can't I call someone to pick me up. She didn't say anything,just walked out. It was a very thoughtful technician that finally told me that, the hospital had discharging rooms to wait till one gets picked up. I feel that chain of command would've been advisable. Starting with the doctor.
Amazing professional expertise. Dr. Kurian and his team confirmed that the recent procedure was successful. Listening and taking time to make sure that I “felt better,” was the priority.
