Dr. Trobo took time to explain the results of my diagnostic test with patience and kindness. I felt confident trusting his professional expertise.
Dr Shah, and his Nurse Mia are without flaw. Dr Lenis and his Nurse Kirsten are equally without flaw. They are all courteous and patient. They all listen to and offer alternatives to treatment without being condescending or disrespectful. I highly recommend Dr Shah and Dr Lenis.
Everything went smooth as glass with this appointment. Everything was on time and easy to find. I had the most interesting conversations too!
I absolutely love everyone at Seaton Round Rock and Georgetown I’ve been to several doctors now after our insurance was canceled after 18 years they’ve gotten to where we were just numbers to them . At Seaton the nurses Clean Up people the check-in desk people the doctors everybody associated with Ascension has been so nice and polite it’s been a great experience I’m so glad I finally got into some doctors there still have some more to find but I’ll get there Linda A
