Doctor Swain and his staff are excellent!!!
This location charges just like the hospital. My insurance copay was $45 per visit but Ascension charges $600 and billed it as a hospital deductible for an office visit. I was not given a cost estimate before the service and oddly, they had no one available to take my copay at either visit. I made several calls , spoke with the person in charge of the billing and it stopped there and they turned this account over to collections. Dr Lenka Zachar and her staff Jenn Christine Tracey and Richard as well as Ms Anne in the front desk are a true blessing. They are some of the best and nicest medical professionals I’ve ever had. I am being treated for slow healing incisions from cosmetic surgery I had in Miami. I came to them in pain, hopeless and miserable.
