It took multiple attempts to contact the facility for a simple referral. They failed to respond to voicemails left for their team as well.
Dr. Swain and his staff know exactly what they're doing; I came in barely able to walk with an ulcer infection on my ankle and after their care I can resume my walking for exercise and my ankle is healed by the ay i'm grateful for being sent there.

This location charges just like the hospital. My insurance copay was $45 per visit but Ascension charges $600 and billed it as a hospital deductible for an office visit. I was not given a cost estimate before the service and oddly, they had no one available to take my copay at either visit. I made several calls , spoke with the person in charge of the billing and it stopped there and they turned this account over to collections.
