I visited the heart Dr Leon not the vein Dr.
I have never visited the Vein Institute. I do not know why I received this survey request. So, a one, for poor programming of surveys. No reflection on the clinic.
The Doctor visit was fine once. I found it, but there are no signs in the parking garage. And no way to get orientation, and the doors aren't marked.
