As a deaf patient, I am extremely disappointed with their office's performance in providing ASL interpreters. In my last three (3!!) attempts to see my doctor, they failed to provide me an ASL interpreter. I did seriously doubt they actually called the ASL interpreting agency, or could be the ASL Interpreting agency is actually an INEPT agency???
