Everyone in the office is so polite. There is barley and waiting and Dr. Roane is awesome.
I have been trying to contact the office since Wednesday 2/4/2026 because I ran out of my medication. To be clear I had placed a refill request to my pharmacy 5 days before my bottle was empty. My pharmacy already provided a 3-day emergency supply, and Publix Pharmacy has also attempted to reach the office multiple times without success. I finally spoke with Jacob on Thursday, 2/5/2026, who informed me that my prescription was not refilled because I needed updated blood work.
