Dr Eid called me regarding the mistake they had and asked me to go back so they can do my colonoscopy. She was very apologetic and was able to convince me and my husband to continue the procedure despite of the mistake they had with scheduling. I am changing my review from 1 star to 4 stars because Dr. Eid was very nice during my entire procedure. I won’t recommend this office. I was scheduled to have my colonoscopy screening today at 8:30. Do not go here! Since march 2024 all they have been doing was cancelling, rescheduling , cancel rescheduling my appointment. Finally a few days from when my appointment was set to be, I get a call saying “ We had to cancel you. The doctor will no longer be with us, and the office is closing”….. Do not come to this shady place!!!!
I won’t recommend this office. I was scheduled to have my colonoscopy screening today at 8:30. They asked me to come 6:30am. Called their office Monday 4/15 to let them know about my appointment and to remind them of my prep prescription. It awhile to have someone to answer my call. I was on time for my procedure or colonoscopy screening but I found out that I was not scheduled! Poor communication system and coordination among their staffs! Dr Eid is a great doctor. She listens to me and tries to find solutions to my issues. She usually is able to help me. Her MA is good as well, hard worker.
