It was an awful experience. Upon arriving, I was told that they didn’t have the "right" order. They knew days before the appointment but failed to call me. I said no—I would leave and asked them to call me back once the issue was sorted out. The technician told me they would request the correct order from the doctor now. It is hard to believe that this is even a part of the Ascension St. Vincent's network. I was told to arrive at 0730. I walked in at 7:17 and was told rudely that we don't open u til 7:45. I said I would just wait in the waiting room, which was empty She said, "no. You have to go outside." I said you do know the doors are unlocked? She said, "for employees," even though there is a separate door marked "employees." By 7:48, lights were off and 7 people were waiting. We, the patients, decided to go on in. We called ahead for an ultrasound and explained that we would be self-pay and were told after being placed on hold several times that it would be $190. This seemed about right as we have had several ultrasounds in several different clinics in the past 6 years. We arrived on time and signed in. Only to have the person at the counter get angry at us because we were self-pay. She then went around to 4 other people trying to figure out what to do with us. I liked the anesthesia and the nurses and doctors there they are very nice they brought me food and everything I needed when I had blood clots for 6 weeks I had ice cream ☺ I'll give it 10 stars
