First time here.. I went in for a xray and a mri and the front office ladys were so nice to me in checking in and i didnt even have to wait that long to be seen.. The two ladys who did my mri and xray were so very nice and helped me with everything and answered all my questions.. ..
They do not enforce appointment times. If someone with a later appointment shows up before you, you get bumped behind that person. My father had to endure an additional 45 minutes waiting because another patient was called in and later returned to the waiting room after her appointment was finished. The same personnel then called in my father. The patient seen ahead of my father had an appointment time 30 minutes after Mr father's appointment time.
