They practice hang up on you never take the call
I give it zero stars. I had test done 10 27. Today is the 11 16. No results are posted for my doctor. I cannot get a hold of anyone at the imaging center or corporate offices. I finally reached a person who was in another state. She gave me back to the number that never answers. I asked for my insurance company not to pay the bill a week ago and I still have not heard back from anyone. My recommendation would be that phone number should be answered even if by a voicemail. The call center that handles scheduling always can’t find my referral and I have to have them refaxed over and over again. The hospital Israeli and the imaging centers are great but the call center are horrible.
I was trying to answer a question about billing and got passed around to literally NINE departments to find out a billing question!! Are you kidding me? Why would I trust my health to someone who can't even answer a question??
