Very good experience and Dr. Brown actually listened to what I had to say.
I love everything about Saint Vincent's to their family practice that takes the time to listen to you find out what's wrong and not have to wait months before you can get in to get test done the emergency room they are all so kind and caring I've been to other hospitals and other primaries but not as good as the primary I have now I really appreciate them they've helped me with a few of my health problems with the quickness
Rude staff, they are quick to respond without listening to the reasonings of the call. When asked to speak to her manager she refused. Trying to tell us we had to call SSH and change the pcp when Medicaid is no longer primary. Plus, we went to STV urgent care just 2 weeks ago and they have the insurance listed in Athena correctly. They treat their Medicaid pts like their uneducated, because Im letting her know its not correct. Medicaid is never primary.
