I am giving Dr. Oza and team a high score and glad follow up can be completed via teleconference due to travel distance to the office, but was very disappointed with process and being left on hold for greater than 2.5 hours, yes hours before anyone ever completed the call. After multiple questions to clinical team about delay with no response except stay on the zoom he is running behind and will get to you between patients finally an APN had to just do a phone follow up and never got to see Dr. Oza. Recommend they really man... read more
