Check in was fast but the front desk lady that helped us was very rude and she knows who she is, so basically it made herself look unprofessional with her job. I understand dealing with the public very well but come on be a little more happy and cheerful when helping others, it goes a long way. First impression means alot especially when you are here for the first time as a new patient. Overall the rest of our visit was great. Thank you and have a wonderful day.
They are not use to kids for pulmonary testing!!! I even had troubles understanding the instructions being barked out to my 11 year old year granddaughter. Receptionist was 5 stars.
My experience recently was good. There’s so much in the media now about disparities regarding health care and persons of color. I was anxious that I would not be taken serious or not listened to by doctors and other medical staff. But, the staff was attentive and treated me like a person and not just a diagnosis that was scheduled for a procedure. It has been decades since I was a patient in a medical care facility. If it weren't for the front desk personnel l would rate 5 stars. The tech that handled my needs went above and beyond l was slightly dehydrated she brought me water and made sure l was fine. The lab intake desk well l don't know if she wasn't feeling well or doesn’t like her job she acted like she wished she weren't there. I was weak and standing with a cane and she just ignored me for quite awhile. Hardly 2 words. But that tech she was great l call her sharp shooter no pain at all got it on the first try.
ALWAYS a LONG wait to get checked in. ONE receptionist is Asinine! Huge waist of time.
