My mother and I had an appointment at 835, we're still waiting for them to call her back. While we are sitting in waiting room her health is deterating literally. I told the front desk lady and she did nothing. We watched 4 people whose appointment was after hers. While my mother was literally bent over barely handling herself. Im so upset, I told them she needs hospital. And after a hour, they finally told dr after I told them many times.

Usually I enjoy my time with my doctor but it seemed Tuesday he was appearing rushed and he gave me some concerns that he had and a sheet to explain it to me but the sheet doesn't have my name on it nor my birthday it has somebody else's so now I don't know if I'm supposed to stay on the medicine I was on or go off of it like he said and I've called the office three days in a row and nobody returns my calls so I'm a little frustrated right now and I decided to put it here.
