Not sure why the front desk tells you they take patients until 4:50 then when a sick elderly man comes in before 4:50 they huff and puff and say “you’ve gotta be kidding me” kinda sad and pathetic actually. The rest of the staff was great though, sucks that the front desk makes the rest of the place look bad
If I could give 0 I would. My daughter works and so do I. We showed up at 4:45 even apologized for that, they close at 5. We raced there to make it. The phlebotomist literally said no worries I take it out on my patients by stabbing them . I thought that was a JOKE. We went in and I noticed she aggressively jams the needle in my daughters vein. I saw my daughters face and wanted to flip out, because HURT and I could tell.... We needed that blood work before her infusion the next day. I had no choice as a mother to continue. ... read more
This feels like Deja Vu! My experience on 12/19/22 with the person at the desk in the lab was nearly identical to Michelles! She shouted at me in the doorway "You can't come in here without a mask", and after I obtained one then shouted that she wasn't ready to help me and to be seated. After a short wait, I was then summoned to the desk to be dealt with by the now smarmy, over-polite clerk. I came in to get bloodwork 8/9/22 about 1230-1. The woman at front desk was completely rude! I forgot my mask. She was protected by a mask and a plastic divider. Yet she called me out loudly and I had barely walked in the door. Told me to hold up I need a mask. Another girl came from behind the door and gave me one.
