This place saved my life and I’m forever grateful that I got my life back. Don’t mind calling because you probably won’t get an answer. They treated me amazing. All the nurses and most of the tech are phenomenal and the food is good. I was put on Xanax when I was 19 years old and it didn’t catch up to me until 2020 in a car wreck, 30 years later. It’s incredibly hard to get ahold of anyone in the office or in general. For a place that’s supposed to help someone mentally…. I’m not getting what I need. Please please do better! And learn how to answer a phone (& transfer people to the right office too)! I’m here to get help not make my life more difficult to get the help.
I feel like I lost years of my life because of this place. I was told to fix anxiety by coming to terms with being an introvert. Even though you've carried your symptoms for 35 years. Prescriptions are never accurate. I end up with random doses and completely wrong medicines. I messaged my doc directly through the patient portal, and responses are promised within two days.
