Have had nothing but great care there for both myself and my wife!
I spent nearly 3 hours in the exam room and no treatment. I finally decided I would just go home. My situation was not serious but needed as a preventive step. I did not hear or see any other patients in the ER. Very disappointed with the care I didn't recieve.
6 hours in the ER, 3 of them just in the waiting room in pain. There was another man there writhing in pain and throwing up, and they didn't get him in for another hour, and he came in via ambulance! It was like a 3rd world country ER. They need more staff and more rooms. Next time, I'll drive all the way to Wausau.
