6 hours in the ER, 3 of them just in the waiting room in pain. There was another man there writhing in pain and throwing up, and they didn't get him in for another hour, and he came in via ambulance! It was like a 3rd world country ER. They need more staff and more rooms. Next time, I'll drive all the way to Wausau.
Worst emergency room ever. I am currently almost 10 weeks pregnant, I ended going to the er because I had fell n therefore felt concern about my baby but instead I sat in the lobby area for almost 3 in a half hours trying to get seen and when I asked how much longer all they could tell me was we will get you when we’re ready and then has the audacity to tell me I’m not arguing with you when all I asked was to go in the back and see how much longer it was gonna be nope. EDIT: The phony feedback provided below my review from Aspirus is laughable. I spoke to a manager for more than an hour and she swore she’d get back with me and clear things up within a week. NOPE, never heard a word back from them. It’s been more than a month. I NEVER received the results of my bloodwork, but they sure did charge me $2,800! For BLOODWORK.
