Went in a total knee replacement. All the staff was great.
This has got to be the BEST staff Ive ever dealt with @ a hospital. The nurse who handled my Pre-Op was so welcoming the entire time I was there. It felt like I was sitting & talking to my Aunt. Gentle lab tech who took my blood & the compassionate man who did my CT & X rays made a stressful day a lil easier. Hope surgery & recovery there blesses me with the same care. Thank U all
Overall it was great!!! I tried to fill out the paperwork online but it had someone else's name on it that I couldn't erase. I called the online person to get the paperwork done and explained that it had someone else's name on it, he basically told me I was a lier. I told him that I would fill the paperwork out at the hospital and hung up. If I didn't need the surgery I would find another hospital.
