Missed one appointment due to unforeseen circumstances and received a call from their automated machine to reschedule but when I called to do so they wouldn’t let me, very rude
One missed appointment because of my aunt's death and you are not going to see my brother in-law. This place sucks!! They have no compassion or understanding!!
