Hope this helps whoever wishing to visit this Hospital. First few key points needs to be addressed. Hospitals are huge which have many departments so experience might be different for others. Patient experience will be different by the varying needs of the patient given by the providers. I went to the Birthing Center for my expecting wife. This is our second pregnancy. Unfortunately just 2 stars. The front desk is doing a pretty bad job. Nobody picks up the phone, ever. You have to leave a message, and they call you back later. At first I thought the office is buisy, but when I came to the appointment, i saw empty waiting room and at least 2 front desk associates just sitting there chatting. We love our doctor-Dr. Wilson. But the way the office organized is upsetting.
