Unfortunately we had to switch doctors, I had an ongoing issue happening with my youngest and have been trying to get ahold of them for a week. The office NEVER answers the phone I called at least 6-8 times today before making the decision. I called a week ago and left a message no response at all. I love Dr.Wilson so sad to leave because my children love her but the office is unorganized. I got tired of waiting for them to answer me and answer the questions about my child.
I’ve been seeing this office chain for 6 years now and just only a few years at the Rochester location and this location is my favorite! It’s typically not super busy like the other offices but still gets booked up. the whole staff is super nice & we’ve had no issues with anything that they can prevent (they worked thru it with us on our son’s state insurance issues). Only thing I ask is please bring back the kid/cartoon scrub tops! My kids love them :)

Love it here! I would never go to anyone else for my kids. Amazing Doctor's and staff. Their after hours number is even better for call backs from your pediatrician or on call doctor in regards to how things should be handled. Will never go anywhere else.
