Excellent person-conscious care at St. Francis Hospital’s Mammography/Women’s Health Breast Imaging department. Edie, RN, was very patient and gentle during a very scary experience. As a team, Edie, Becky, and Dr. Puccetti made sure I was comfortable and free of pain. They made sure I was fully informed before and throughout the procedure. I felt they really listened to me and treated me as a partner-in-care rather than a passive patient. Thank you so much!
