Dr. Gowing is a saint. He takes time out and cares how I feel. Suggestion: Have one nurse for each doctor that can take phone calls in less than a month .They need help . They’re backed up.
Very good and helpful
So when I got to the reception desk and was being checked in, the receptionist was nice but I don't know what she all sees when checking in a patient but she had asked me if I had and then she stopped and I thought she was asking for my insurance card and I said "Insurance Card" and she said no A pump and I was confused. I said I'm not Diabetic. Do they have to ask that question to everyone?
Met with Dr H and his staff, excellent all around! Dr is phenomenal in getting answers and highly recommend him for any endocrine issues!!
