Wang is both an idiot and incompetent. Wife went in for kyphoplasty on her lower lumbar area, but the MRI showed that she needed additional work on her sacral area, both sides. He totally ignored this information and never even mentioned these issues to us. The only way we found out was to visit another pain clinic that re-interpreted the report. I've never written a poor review but I feel obligated to warn people of Dr. Austin. I was born with a neurological disease and moved around quite a bit so I've had many neurologists in my lifetime and countless specialists. I'm very familiar with the processes and how to self-advocate. Never in my life have I experienced a doctor so disrespectful, unorganized, and incompetent in my life. Dr Drew Scribner probably not his real name the gutless coward he is must be a clone of Dr Joseph Mengele . Went to the E/R last week for what turned out to be a Kidney Infection (as I suspected as I am an LVN). I could not have had better care, I was worried as that temp of 104 and climbing is never a good thing. I was being treated within 5 minutes of walking in the door! Every other step in the diagnostic process was so coordinated it played out like a symphony. I was feeling better almost immediately (thank you IV antibiotics). My surgeon recommended his clinic for knee replacement. Ins. wouldn't pay for the clinic so I had to go to Seton. Within two weeks after surgery, it was evident my knee was infected with MRSA (that notoriously comes from the hospital -- not your home environment). I was re-admitted to Seton where my knee was re-opened to cleanse the infection, and then I had a tube inserted in my vein near my heart so I could wear a Vancomycin pump for six weeks to try to eradicate the MRSA.
