Unprofessional, old, smells, every time I would call to ask for updates regarding my loved ones they could not give me an update. I’ve asked the doctor and nurse to call me multiple times and they did not. Regarding phone times, one lady answered the phone one day and told me she does not work there so she doesn’t know the phone times and is not sure if she could connect me with my loved one. This place is fabulous with amazing nurses, like Rebecca. They teach coping techniques & really care. If you need help, this is the place to go. Very good facility!
