I was admitted to this place a year ago & I don’t EVER wanna come back here. After, being told I checked in voluntarily the Drs & nurses told me I was involuntary. Some of the techs are really nice, you can tell they love what they do. Other techs are seriously just there for a paycheck, you literally have to act “sane” just to get what you need around there. I got transferred here from an affiliated hospital so it definitely wasn’t my first choice . It wasn’t as bad as it could have been im sure , the nurses for the most part were nice and respectful and the groups were nice mostly because there was nothing else to do. However, the psychiatrist I talked to was pretty unhelpful and it took for ever to talk be able to talk to my case worker. Daniel is in the wrong field. I can see by the reviews that I am not the only one who thinks this. This place was a nightmare. I’ve been to Vanderbilt, rolling hills, centennial, trustpoint, and this is by far the worst one.

My husband was admitted about two weeks because of prescribed med issues, (not drugs, from a psychiatric doctor). He has been relatively normal for about a week and they had him sign a voluntary commit form once he was feeling himself again. They never processed the form and won’t let him redo it so even though he should be voluntarily there, he’s not. I provided extra clothes within 24 hrs of him being there, they didn’t give him it until two days ago. They wouldn’t let him wear his socks, even though the lady at the front ... read more
