Came here after waiting for hours without being seen at a different ER. Everyone was friendly, caring, and compassionate. Was treated quickly and well. Thank you for treating your patients as human beings!! Definitely would try to return if possible if I have another emergency.
This was the quickest ER visit I’ve had, which I appreciated. However, after my visit the security guard gave me parking validation and then remarked, “you got some pretty eyes,” in a flirtatious manner. It was unprofessional, and the last thing I need in a vulnerable medical situation is for security staff to comment on my appearance.
I had a great experience here even on the 4th of July! Staff was polite, efficient, and attentive to patient needs. Test results even came back within 2 hours!
Doctor was kind and knowledgeable. CC was great, and Ellen. Both very kind and helpful. Receptionist and security guards were the rudest people I have ever encountered in my life! They have no business working in a hospital. The male receptionist was nice. Female was awful.
