This place was a disaster for my emergency room visit. They delay the process and take their time. They recycle doctors, nurses, and assistants. They repeat the same questions with their associates. They don't really treat you with what you need. Even with the proof of your problems the staff does not know how to handle you or your problems. They push ivy's of potassium way to far. The hospice care service was absolutely horrible. Two months ago, my grandma passed away, and the way she was treated during her final days was completely unacceptable, particularly by a nurse named Antonia. My mother escalated our concerns to administration via Lavina Dsouza, but we received no follow-up and felt completely disregarded. The lack of compassion and professional follow-through was shocking during such a sensitive time.
My grandma Maria Herrera passed away August 26th. Nurse Antonia acted annoyed and frustrated while taking care of my grandmother. We have contacted “LAVINA” about the service we received from ANTONIA. we have NOT received the follow up we deserve. Please DO NOT. let ANOTNIA take care of your loved ones. There are nurses who care about people and nurses who don’t. LAVINA AND ANTONIA do NOT care clearly. We just want our story to be heard about how our sweet loving grandmother Maria Herrera was handled by these “nurses”

Used to be a great hospital. Since PRIME took over, it’s horrible. Results don’t get posted in MyChart, no lab facilities at offices. To get labs at the hospital is a nightmare. Long waits, only one person drawing labs at a time, no privacy while having labs drawn, receptionist never smiles. Website is PATHETIC. Has not been updated since PRIME took over, can’t search which physicians on staff, signs at the hospital say Amita, Assension, and Prime. Get it together. Bring back the Nuns to straighten things out.
