DO NOT COME HERE. I would give 0 stars if I could. This hospital is extremely negligible especially if the patient is unable to speak for their needs. ER resident I talked to had no bedside manor or empathy (Dr. Bennet). I heard an xray tech talking to a nurse about the patient next door looking rough and how they shouldn't get old. Everyone in the ER seems angry, unprofessional, and burnt out. I thought my mom would get better care once she was transferred to a room upstairs....wrong! Waiting in registration for over 2 hours. Girl kept walking around, sitting at the desk on her cell phone, while people were waiting and waiting. Associates slow and rude. They interveined in other peoples conversations instead of helping. Said that we could leave instead of staying for the procedure. Kept interferring in conversation instead of registering. Kept getting up and walking away while there was over 12 people waiting. Never coming back. If I could give 0 stars I would.
I was just at the lab for a blood test that my mom had to get done. Every patient had a number that were called IN ORDER, we waited for almost an hour and a half, my mom was #30 and there was a lady and her husband that were #32. Every 2 minutes the lady was saying ‘3 hrs later and still waiting’ when the nurse behind the desk called #31 the lady #32 stood up and went to sit infront of the desk and the nurse asked if she was #31, the lady said that she was #32 and the nurse said that she was calling number #31.
