I was turned away at the counter because the receptionist said the doctors there didn’t prescribe the medication I needed. Upon further investigation, they could indeed prescribe it, yet the receptionist turned me away. I would not return.

I have been a patient of this fine practice for over 20 years and understand staff is going through the upheaval of a doctor (mine) leaving the practice at the end of 2022. This practice is certainly worth 5 stars but a week has passed and I am in dire need of a refill on a prescription that no one seems able to fill although the very able nurse practitioner who saw me in lieu of my now departed physician has the request waiting in her "bucket" as staff informed me. Nurse practitioner Mary Suntum is truly amazing. She honestly cares about her patients. She personally called me when I was worried about only be able to get a virtual appointment and talked me through what she thought was wrong and called the meds I needed even though I didn’t have an appointment. I would recommend her to anyone
