I came here thinking someone would care about me. Over time it has become the same as any other toxic environment. Blame patients for front desk errors, being annoyed when we expect CARE that our insurance is paying for. These people are watching us die on our feet and they do not care. Especially Brad and Tyra and everyone excusing their behavior. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND PCP HERE
The offices are clean and well stocked, and the provider I saw (Dr. Polagani) is very knowledgeable. She took the time to read over my medical record and concerns, and with an additional scan, was able to find the problem so it could be addressed.
This was the best healthcare experience I've had! My provider was patient, attentive and empathetic to my specific needs, she listened. Danielle, her nurse, was polite, comforting and compassionate to the fact I was a anxious about my appointment. They both treated me with the upmost respect and kindness; even the front desk clerk was polite and attentive. The office was clean, and bright. Worst doctor I’ve ever had. I went in for an annual physical, and all the doctor did was briefly check my back and chest with a stethoscope. There was no meaningful discussion about my health or test results, which turned out to be critical. To my shock, I only discovered that I had type 2 diabetes because I started receiving pamphlets in the mail about managing it. The doctor never contacted me or explained my diagnosis.
