The lady who does the blood work at this office has no people skills and doesn’t know how to communicate with patients. I’ve had blood work done by her 3 or 4 times and each time she is not friendly and just expects patients to know what to do. When I came in today my doctor who is wonderful, Dr.Yelekal asked me to get blood work done while I was there and so I walked up to the lady and it seems like she be having an attitude about having to do her job. I have never had any issues with this center, my calls are always returned and have been helpful. Dianne Walters has been my CRNP for almost two years now and has been so attentive and friendly.
Terrible staff answering phone calls! It took several phone calls to get my refill of prescription. The first person who answered my call was the worst I have ever experienced and my request was not processed at alI. I had to make more phone calls and every time was told different things. I don’t believe they lied to me. It must be some system issue and the staff could not figure out whether a prescription was sent to a pharmacy or not. Anyway, very frustrating experience. Though my PCP was pretty good.
