I have never had any issues with this center, my calls are always returned and have been helpful. Dianne Walters has been my CRNP for almost two years now and has been so attentive and friendly.
Terrible staff answering phone calls! It took several phone calls to get my refill of prescription. The first person who answered my call was the worst I have ever experienced and my request was not processed at alI. I had to make more phone calls and every time was told different things. I don’t believe they lied to me. It must be some system issue and the staff could not figure out whether a prescription was sent to a pharmacy or not. Anyway, very frustrating experience. Though my PCP was pretty good.
Please dont go to this place! Reckless staff. My daughter issues were dismiss
I came here thinking someone would care about me. Over time it has become the same as any other toxic environment. Blame patients for front desk errors, being annoyed when we expect CARE that our insurance is paying for. These people are watching us die on our feet and they do not care. Especially Brad and Tyra and everyone excusing their behavior. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND PCP HERE
