I waited an HOUR, had an 11 am Appointment and was not seen until I had a fit at 12:02. Mind you I am supposed to return to work as soon as my appointments were done. I lost an entire hour of time today sitting in this waiting room for a ct scan that took all of 2 minutes. Absolutely infuriating and uncalled for. Don't make appointments if you have no intention of honoring them. If I showed up an hour late for my appointment you would laugh me out the door. Why do I not get the same courtesy???

I had a very pleasant experience at the imaging center. My technician was comforting and made me feel safe during the ultrasound. The doctor who reviewed my tests was also kind and professional. Thank you for making the process so easy.
My wife had an appointment scheduled at this location two months in advance. The waiting time was 30 min post the scheduled time plus 20 min in the dressing room inside. People who came after her had already been seen. When i asked why it takes so long the answer was “we are running late”. Regularly “running late “ seems to be a common problem nowadays, since for some reason doctors/medical services think that patients must arrive strictly on time and wait as long as needed because patients’ time is flexible and its their ow... read more
I have had to use the imaging center several times over the past 6 months. The office staff are always pleasant. The wait times are short. The technicians are knowledgeable and seem to genuinely care about their patients. The doctor has either followed up immediately on site or quickly following my tests. All the stars!
