I initially left this practice after Dr. Evans departed, as I valued their care. I did return once to see Dr. Nwaogbo, but unfortunately, that experience was disappointing—he came across as dismissive and defensive when I voiced my concerns, which discouraged me from returning. Always wait an hour to see your doctor just to listen to the woman behind the desk snapping and popping gum. Classy
3+ months of PT and never received a bill. Asked about this before every session and was told if you didn't receive a bill your insurance covered it. A week after my PT ends I magically receive a bill for over 7k. Seek treatment elsewhere!
My wife was seeing Dr. James Evans, he would write her 3 prescriptions a month for her anxiety and nerve pain. We just learned that he recently passed. We called the office to find out what to do to continue to get her medication and what doctor should she start to see but we got put on hold and disconnected, tried to call back, no answer. Can someone please let me know who to call? If she runs out of medication and suddenly stops taking them, it could be very dangerous.
Ascension St. Agnes Well here we are again. Ascension St. Agony. Called the Catonsville Baltimore National Pike facility to inquire about getting a sonogram scan. Was told no problem you can walk in, no appointment necessary at the Seton Imaging Center. Went to the center and walking in went to the Information desk.
