I visited today. I don't like and recommend this hospital. Before, every time I waited for the doctor for 1 hour ,but today l was late for some minutes the doctor refused to check up the patient. Very nonsense service
I initially left this practice after Dr. Evans departed, as I valued their care. I did return once to see Dr. Nwaogbo, but unfortunately, that experience was disappointing—he came across as dismissive and defensive when I voiced my concerns, which discouraged me from returning. However, I decided to come back about a year later and saw Dr. Fine, and I’m so glad I did. She was phenomenal—attentive, empathetic, and truly listened. I didn’t feel like just another patient. Always wait an hour to see your doctor just to listen to the woman behind the desk snapping and popping gum. Classy
3+ months of PT and never received a bill. Asked about this before every session and was told if you didn't receive a bill your insurance covered it. A week after my PT ends I magically receive a bill for over 7k. Seek treatment elsewhere!
