I went to St Agnes for a bad headache In July. They kept me for OBSERVATION for 3 days and then did a biopsy. I am sorry to say that I was extremely disappointed with a charge nurse named Monica. I was having trouble with my IV and my arm was bluish and painful. I called for my nurse Lakshmi but she was with another patient. I was ignored for hours. The operation is efficient and welcoming. If possible, avoid the geriatric rush at 7 a.m. for lab work, or you will have a lengthy wait. Otherwise, no complaints.
