A medical issue arouse approximately three-months or more ago. Several appointments were made, know diagnosis. However, Brandy Mclvey, APRN reviewed previous tests and did a self examine. Then discuss with Dr. Moody, they came to a satisfying resolution and follow-up procedures. It was extremely helpful and placed me at ease. Well done!
This office has rescheduled my appointments three times. Appointments that I have scheduled months in advance, planned around, and accomodated for with work. For a patient who is high risk, this is unacceptable. Based on these actions it's obvious my time is not respected or important to them. Dr. Moody comes highly recommended so its unfortunate I'm not having good experiences. However, these appointment changes are with the other provider in the office and not her. Excellent care by all staff!
I have to admit in the beginning as a 74 year-old hundred pound lady I was very reluctant but after meeting Dr Moody and now have talked to her over the last two years I’m not only very impressed with her. I also trust her with my life. She is a very positive person and very knowledgeable. I thank her for her care and love Carol Hayes.
Everyone is super nice, caring, attentive and accommodating. Never have a long wait. Great overall experience.
