The nurses and staff is very informational. I put your concerns first
Over all it was a wonderful experience. From the wonderful front staff to nurse to Dr. she listened like really listened. I have not seen that except my primary care. Very impressed!
Inna Kogan, MD is concerning as a practicing physician. I had a lingering unspecified acute bronchitis with a pleural effusion that would not go away with several treatment plans given by primary physician and a few ER visits over a 3-month period. I was required to get two referrals to get the appointment with the pulmonology group which felt excessive but I was desperate for help. I couldn’t have asked for better care. It was just outstanding. From the check in, to the nurse and to the physician. Awesome. Very personable and very friendly.
