I was surprised that I did not see the Doctor that I signed up for, also as far as ordering labs there wasn’t an order for urine being that I am stage 3 kidney disease. The process of a new patient was different and not up to date with technology in the clinic.

I told the person I had a referral letter from my primary care doctor and need a ENT appointment. I found out when the appointment day. I didn't request primary care appointment. Waited my time.
I had to wait 30 minutes past scheduled time to see her, then she only spent five minutes with me. The plus is that's all the time it took.
