I didn't need a primary care doctor for the first place. I called to make an appointment with ENT doctor. I told the person I had a referral letter from my primary care doctor and need a ENT appointment. I found out when the appointment day. I didn't request primary care appointment. Waited my time.
I had to wait 30 minutes past scheduled time to see her, then she only spent five minutes with me. The plus is that's all the time it took.
Dr Hicks and her staff are great! She listens to you and gives you a plan of treatment. Highly recommend her team!
