Miss diagnose treatment for a hand infection from my bacterium. Doctors kept trying to treat me for carpal tunnel syndrome and was given Cortizone shots in my hand which amplified and worsened my bacterial infection, had to change hand surgeons when the pain got unbearable. Staff and doctors were polite and professional, but for some reason, refused to believe me when I told him this was an infection from the water. Ended up getting several hand surgeries to fight the bacteria.
