I LOVE everything about Acension, unfortunately EXCEPT their lab services at the Pace location. I will be as nice as possible. It is ridiculous that I have to wait for almost 15 minutes before the receptionist can help me and there is no one else there waiting. (My first visit.) Likewise, the phlebotomist was not in any hurry to say in the least. But the most frustrating thing was trying to drop off lab. (Second visit.) There is no drop off. Nope.
